At Redber, we want you to enjoy every cup, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and accessories. Please note that due to food safety regulations, roasted coffee beans can only be returned if there is a quality defect or shipping error.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our support desk with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

    Secure Packaging

    Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the product is protected for transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
